below are many of the most frequently asked questions.
Advance Tickets are available online and at all Lincoln area Russ's Market Stores Customer Service Desk. Tickets go on sale mid-June.
All tickets are general admission.
There are no refunds for inclement weather.
You may not "pre-place" blankets or chairs before the gates open at 5:30 pm (nightly).

Ticket Prices for 2019
Advance tickets at Russ's:
Adult tickets (age 13 or older): $12 with a Russ's Community Rewards card,
Children tickets (age 5-12): $5 with/without card
Advance tickets online:
Adult tickets: $13
Children tickets: $6
At the Gate (cash, check, or major credit card):
Kids age 4 and younger are FREE and do not require a ticket!

The Pinewood Bowl Amphitheatre is located inside of Pioneers Park at 3201 S. Coddington Ave. in Lincoln, NE with entrances to the park off West Van Dorn and South Coddington Streets.
All incoming traffic will be re-routed to the West Van Dorn Street entrance on the evenings of our show.
Pinewood Performing Arts does not charge for parking.
There is no overnight parking or camping allowed in the park.
Park Personnel will direct all cars where to park. If you need ADA compliant parking, please let the attendant know and they will direct you.
concessions & food
There are concessions available from the Lincoln Optimist Club including popcorn, candy bars, malts, water, pop, and more.
Valentino's Pizza will have their food truck on site!
Kona Ice the Hawaiian style shaved ice with amazing flavors!
All bags and coolers are subject to searches at our security check-point.
Alcohol is not allowed in the Park or the Amphitheatre at any time.
All rehearsals are closed. Unauthorized persons will be asked to leave the Amphitheatre during our rehearsal process.
Due to copyright law, and as a courtesy to our audience and cast, all forms of audio, video, and flash photography are strictly prohibited.
Please turn off all, cell phones, beepers, tablets, or other digital devices during the performance.
While we are an outdoor theatre, please refrain from talking, whispering, humming, or singing along during the performance...exceptions made for audience participation. Feel free to laugh, cheer for, and applaud the performers loudly and often.
You may bring in your own lawn chairs and bag chairs. The areas closest to the stage is a dedicated blanket only section. Bench seating is also available.
Please keep the sidewalks clear at all times.
There are restrooms and port-a-johns inside the Amphitheatre for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Amphitheatre.
Bug spray is allowed in the Amphitheater, but citronella candles and other open flame products are prohibited.
Please do not spray the grass with bug spray or other insecticide. Also, please use caution to not over-spray and affect your neighbor.
Pinewood Performing Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Guests and Parents may not stand or be seated in the Amphitheatre without a ticket during a performance. Designated drop-off and pick-up locations will be made available to these Parents.
Dressing Rooms, Backstage, Onstage, Sound & Lighting areas, the Orchestra Pit, and Green Room access is limited to our cast, orchestra, crew, staff, and Parks & Rec personnel ONLY. Any unauthorized persons will be asked to leave these areas.
The following items are NOT allowed during the performances:
Animals (service animals are welcome and must be on a leash at all times)
Fireworks and/or any other pyrotechnic devices
Illegal substances of any kind
In-line or roller skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles
Mace/pepper spray or any type of personal protection chemical spray
Weapons of any kind
If you arrive with a restricted item, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle.
